Baby Boomer Singers

The Baby Boomers is one of the San Francisco Bay Area’s most exciting entertainment acts. Featuring four very talented singers, it is a clear case of the sum being greater than the parts. This group warms the heart with songs of the ’50’s and ’60’s and beyond, using the most beautiful instrument, the human voice. Their styles include street-corner doo-wop, creamy jazz, and comedic skits replete with vocal percussion and choreography. Their amazing musicality is matched by their ability to consistently have fun with the music, with each other, and with the audience.

They are available for concerts, parties, and special events.

Mary Keydash

Mary Keydash accomplished her formal training in music theory, classical guitar, and voice at Peabody Conservatory of Music and Towson University. As a vocalist and bassist, Mary has entertained audiences in iconic Bay Area venues such as Berkeley’s historic Freight and Salvage and San Francisco’s celebrated cellar club, The Purple Onion. Raised on doo-wop, folk, and early rock-and-roll, Mary delivers the simple charm of a harmonic era.

Her sense of humor and natural connection with the audience helps make the Baby Boomers an instant favorite.

Donna Turner

Billy Bramblett

Billy Bramblett was born in Detroit and grew up with the Motown sound along with gospel from his family’s Southern roots. He brings these influences to the gospel groups he sings with and to his own funk and rhythm and blues bands. Billy sometimes uses his falsetto to add a soprano part but mostly acts as the group’s “Mr. Bassman”. That big, booming voice, his sense fun and humor, and his big personality help define the Baby Boomers’ unique sound and presence.
